Industrial high-pressure cleaner for large parts and a PLC-controlled front-loader spray-washer for small parts produce the perfect surface before colouring. In-house water softening and filtration systems ensure consistent process conditions with the pH and hardness values ​​checked daily. Energy recovery through steam condensers and resource-friendly handling of drinking water – through the reprocessing of the washing water – are part of our DNA at KÜMA.

As no solvents are used in powder coating, this process is very environmentally friendly, which is why we prefer it.

If required, painting is done with 2-component paints in all common shades and surface qualities.
